Adult Yoga

A gentle class helps relaxing, uplifting the spirit as well as the body. Everyone is welcome and the sessions are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
Cost is £4.00 per session.

'Tiny' Yoga Classes
Fun and creative ‘Tiny Yoga’ Classes ideally suited for children from 2 years and above, designed to stimulate children’s powers of imagination, maintain their natural flexibility and teach them to breathe correctly. ...more...
The classes combine exciting adventures with songs, stories, and relaxation techniques; whilst also enjoying yoga games. Some overall benefits to the children are improved concentration levels, better sleep patterns, greater self esteem, and a stronger immune system.

A coffee morning in aid of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution. A chance to meet friends and to catch up with everything that's happening in the Theatre.
