Yoga helps all the body systems, toning muscles, stimulating circulation and helping to improve overall health and well being. A gentle class helps relaxing, uplifting the spirit as well as the body.
Participants are asked to please bring a mat/blanket and wear comfortable clothing.
Places are limited to 15. Cost is £4.00 per session, and can be booked in advance at the box office if desired.

The repertoire is as broad and diverse as possible – taking in show tunes, gospel and even some pop along the way. Led by Peter Brown, the choir rehearses on Monday evenings in the ground floor studio space. New members are always welcome – and the group performs at various venues throughout the District.
