In 1943, two intelligence officers conceived an ingenious plan called Operation Mincemeat–get a corpse, equip it with secret, but false and misleading, papers concerning an Allied invasion, then drop it off the coast of Spain where German spies would, they hoped, take the bait.

Parking is located to the rear of the Playhouse in the public car parks. Parking discs are required to be displayed until 6pm and are available from the Visitor Information Centre located within the Playhouse building. Please check individual car park signs for any time restrictions.
