Philip Alexander

Philip Alexander is a South Shields-based pianist and composer whose cinematic piano music combines lyrical melodies with a sense of melancholy and hope. Returning to the piano after almost twenty years, he began composing during lockdown and has since performed at a variety of venues across the North East, including a memorable outdoor performance at Penshaw Monument. His music invites listeners to find their own stories and meaning within each piece.
